Customers find the bathtub fantastic, easy to use, and versatile, being suitable for newborns through older infants. They appreciate its cleaning features, with the sling being machine washable, and one customer noting it can be used from newborn up to when the baby can sit on their own. The seating and comfort aspects receive mixed feedback – while some say it keeps babies secure and comfortable, others find the seat hard to remove and uncomfortable.
