Owl Village Magnetic Maze Busy Board: Montessori Toys for 3 4 5 Year Old

From the brand

We are Novita and Wilhelm.

We have known each other for many moons.

While growing up and raising our own kids, we couldn’t find toys we truly loved—crafted to both artistic and engineering standards—so we created them! Our toys transport your children to a world before screens, helping them reconnect with nature and the world around them.

Our Mission

We create heirloom-quality Montessori toys that keep children deeply engaged through storytelling, open-ended play, and beautifully crafted sensory experiences.

Each toy encourages calm and focused play, strengthens problem-solving skills, and supports cooperative play between siblings or friends.

Rooted in nature, our toys help children learn about the world beyond screens while nurturing curiosity, confidence, and joyful independent learning.

3 GAMES IN 1 — MAZE, PINBALL & COLOR SORTING: Packed with activities that keeps playtime fresh and exciting, this magnetic color and number maze comes to life as children embark on an interactive learning experience through a vibrant scene with unique moving parts. Guide the ball through the maze, launch the pinball, or sort and count by color. One toy, endless fun!
PRACTICE HAND SKILLS FOR WRITING – This magnetic maze for kids ages 3-5 has magnets tuned to help select one ball without dragging neighboring balls. Hold the pen upright, with its tip flat on the board, and move slowly; tilting too far releases the ball. Following lines and curves practices hand control for writing. Grown-ups can show the first move.
EXPERT-DESIGNED MONTESSORI LEARNING: Developed by preschool teachers and occupational therapists, built-in color sorting and counting activities build early learning skills like colors, numbers, and hand-eye coordination, while kids think they’re just having fun.
SET UP, THEN LAUNCH – Set this magnet maze board on its two included stands on a steady table. Turn the forklift to guide a ball into the launcher lane. Pull the launcher slowly so the ball follows the pusher, then release. The ball can stop at different points along the route; pick it up with your pen and choose where to explore next.
SHARED PLAY AND STORY PROMPTS – Two attached pens and a 15.7 x 13-inch board give children space to play together. The included 12-page story and activity booklet offers ideas to explore. The Owl Village Magnetic Busy Maze offers screen-free play at home and is a go-to birthday or holiday gift for 3, 4 and 5 year olds that gets played with again and again.
